How do I schedule an estimate?
All you need to do is send us an email or call 425-691-9634. We will get back to you in less than 24 hours and usually much sooner.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Bellevue, Medina, Kirkland, Redmond, Mercer Island, Bothell and Woodinville.
How do I get ready for my cleaning session?
To get the most from your cleaning dollars we recommend you clear all clutter. If this is not possible, we will work with you to accommodate your situation.
Can I schedule the same day of the week each time?
Yes you can! Occasionally we may request to move your day just that week due to certain circumstances.
What frequencies of service do you offer?
We do one time cleans-move-ins/move-outs, pre-sale cleans and special occasion.
Also we do weekly, bi-monthly and every 4 weeks.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. Just give us 48 hours notice to avoid charges.
Is it ok if I’m home?
It's fine if you are home.
What if there is an issue with my cleaning?
Just give us a call or email and we will come and fix the problem within 24-48 hours.
Do you work weekends?
Yes we do. If we have at least 48 hour notice we will be happy to accommodate a weekend job.
What vacuum do you recommend?
After using almost every vacuum in existence, I use and recommend an upright for carpets made by Riccar. For wood floors, furniture, edging and your car, I recommend the Mighty Might by Eureka. You may talk to me to help you decide which one is the best for your needs. I may be able to save you money by helping you choosing the right one.
